Computer and network monthly maintenance
We will regularly maintain your PC computers and network to ensure you that all problems will be solved. This maintenance contract suits most businesses that don’t have IT department to maintain and solve your IT issues.
We will:
1. Check internet issues
2. Maintain local network for better performance
3. Give advice on system usage and various software.
4. Repair all PC computer issues such as:
- Unable to start your computer
- Unstable internet connection
- Virus infected
- No picture on monitor
- Slow computer
- Your computer restarts by itself
- Can not print, broken printer etc.
- Problems sending or receiving email
The progress:
- Equipment Checking Service and the quotation will be provided before job start.
- No Charges for returning equipment in case of repairing disagreement.
- On-site service(if our engineer is available)
- Delivery service will be arranged by us.
- Service provider by our expertise staff.
Rates per time
The one time maintenance fee starts at 500THB/PC. You will not be charged if the problem is still unsolved. And in case if any spare parts is needed, we will inform you in prior for approval.
1-2 PC’s 500THB/PC
3 PC’s or more 400THB/PC
Rates per month
6 PC’s or less 5,000THB/month
7-10 Pc’s 6,500THB/month
11-15 PC’s 10,000THB/month
16-20 PC’s 12,000THB/month
21-29 PC’s 15,000THB/month
30-39 PC’s 20,000THB/month
40-50 PC’s 25,000THB/month
Terms and conditions
1. We will maintain your computers and network 1 time every two weeks.
2. We will be responsible for any tools to fix your computer issues.
3. The above prices do not include cost of spare parts if needed for repair
4. A minimum period for purchasing Maintenance Contract is 6 months.
5. If you enquire us to fix other issues than ordinary maintenance services, there will be additional charge and the cost will be informed in prior.
