Terms and Conditions

1. The above prices are estimate cost of the project. Actual cost may vary slightly depending on actual requirements.
   
2. Quoted prices are valid for a period of 14 days from date of this quote.
   
3. Prices quoted include sales and other similar taxes which will be invoiced to and paid by the client.
   
4. Quotation must be signed before any work can be done. Upon acceptance, 50% of the total quotation must be paid. The remaining 50% of the quoted price must be paid after the completion of the project. Interest charges for late payment are agreed to incur at the rate of 1.5% per month of the total amount unpaid.
   
5. Phuket IT & Software Solutions shall be excused for delays to the extent that any such delay or failure results from any cause beyond the control of the company.
